Inspiring Teachers, Outstanding Learners
The Inspiring Teachers, Outstanding Learners programme is designed to encourage self-reflection as a Learner and a Teacher. Placing the emphasis on developing outstanding learners helps to move the teachers to inspiring and outstanding whilst avoiding a tick-box approach to progress. Participants place their understanding within the local and national context and use Ofsted standards as a basis for improvement. The implementation of Evidence Informed Practice and little 'lift's enable participants to explore their own learning, develop and explore teaching strategies and focus on increasing their confidence to close the gaps.
