Aspiring Middle Leaders

"Are you ready for Leadership?"

This professional development opportunity is aimed at colleagues who are beginning to show potential as aspiring Middle Leaders and will encourage them to begin to engage with leadership development. It is a precursor to the NPQML programme that we also deliver.

We hope that this programme will encourage you to identify the future leaders of our schools.

We have run this programme to a previous cohort and the feedback from the participants was extremely positive with comments such as:

"The course gave me good insight into what an effective/inspiring leader is. Brilliant examples of experiences were given by facilitator."

"I expect that I’ll have a greater understanding of what leadership entails and grow in confidence."

"It was good to hear ‘real-life’ situations about managing leader role and teaching role."
